A Spacious Front Porch - Upon arrival, guests will ascend a flight of stairs to the spacious front porch. Enjoy the gorgeous Charleston weather, cocktails at sunset, or your morning cup of coffee while relaxing in one of the four porch chairs.

A Bright, Open Living Room - The living room, just through the front entryway, is open to the kitchen and has a bright, modern design with Moroccan inspired accents. The living room features a 3-seat leather sofa & love-seat flanked by two side tables with matching lamps, a matching loveseat leather sofa, a wooden coffee table, two matching accent chairs, a flat-screen TV atop a console table, and a ceiling fan. Additional seating options with extra chairs are available as well.

A Fully-Equipped Kitchen - The kitchen is open to the living room comes fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a Whirlpool dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and gas stove. The kitchen has brand new stone countertops, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, standard cookware, as well as plenty of cabinet storage. 6 tall bar stools sit beneath the kitchen bar making it seamless for guests to enjoy one another’s company while eating a home cooked meal. Here you will also find a closet which houses the stacked washer and dryer units.

4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms - The 1st bedroom, located on the first floor through the kitchen, features a king sized bed, two bedside tables, an oversized dresser, a walk in closet, a ceiling fan, and an in suite bathroom. This former historic Bed and Breakfast has undergone a magical transformation into what is... a newly-renovated 6 bedroom/6.5 bath designer's showcase home in the popular, laid-back Radcliffborough neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and historic sights.

Our spacious 3-floor home, ‘The Bee and Blossom’, is ideal for groups up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths. Located just off of Ashley Ave, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, The Bee and Blossom features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Upon entering the home you'll be greeted by the large first floor bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, as well as the large living room and kitchen towards the back. The large living room features ample seating, a large flat screen TV, and a dining table that can be converted to provide 6-8 dining seats. The kitchen is located off the living room and features a breakfast bar with seating for four, and is fully equipped with basic kitchen cookware for your stay. The remainder of the bedrooms are located on the second and third levels, each with its own full bathroom. A second living room can also be found on the third floor with room to relax and enjoy the flat screen TV. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Outside you'll find the home's inviting two-level porch, as well as the tranquil courtyard where you can enjoy a drink, good conversation, and Charleston's beautiful weather.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

As you enter the property through your own private entrance, you will be met by the spacious front yard - where you may spend some time relaxing under the grand magnolia tree. From the moment you walk in the front door, this stay will have you feeling right at home; from the furniture choices to the finishing touches everything was designed with your comfort in mind. As you step inside, you will be greeted by the living room - where you will find three sizable lounge chairs and a comfortable 3-person sofa. The living area also features a 40" 4K Smart HDTV and a bookshelf full of great reads for your entertainment. If you continue towards the back of the house, you will find yourself in the fully equipped kitchen - stocked with all the basic cooking/kitchenware necessities. The adjoining dining room area includes seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the bar counter. You will also find the half bathroom and laundry room on the main floor located right off of the dining area. The 2nd floor is home to both of the bedrooms - each featuring a King-sized bed, private bathroom, and ample room for you and your belongings.
