Featured is a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, beautiful heart pine hardwood floors, and private front porch. The living area is cozy and comfortable with many amenities such as a flat screen TV, local art, and books of local interest and a
convenient half-bath. Upstairs, the sleeping area has lofted ceilings with Spanish cedar trim, king-sized bed, two good sized closets, flat screen TV, and direct access to your own private balcony making it the ideal place to unwind with a cocktail after a long day exploring the city. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan and well-appointed chef's kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, a large island, and new appliances, providing the perfect setting for culinary adventures. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room and balcony, where you can unwind on the sofa or feel the warm breeze while dining at the balcony dining table.
Rest peacefully in the three cozy bedrooms, each designed for comfort after a day of beach lounging or exploring downtown Charleston. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and a well-appointed desk, ideal for those mixing work with their tropical escape. Bedrooms two and three feature queen-sized beds. All bedrooms are adorned with Serena and Lily wallpaper and is equipped with blackout blinds and sound machines.
The bathroom offers a luxurious rain shower and a relaxing bathtub, complemented by a dual vanity for added elegance. Essential toiletries, fresh towels, a hairdryer, and clothing steamer are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.
Outside, The Emerson Suite's shared backyard serves as a tranquil oasis for mingling with friends or playing with your kids. It boasts professionally turfed grounds, a large custom pergola with built-in bench seating, a swing, and poufs. We currently have 6 total units. There are 2 duplexes that are side-by-side. The green duplex has The Emerson Suite (top floor-3bd/1ba w/balcony) and The Charles Suite (first floor-2bd/1ba) and next door, the white duplex has The Harper Suite (top floor-3bd/1ba w/large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor-3bd/2ba w/large porch). These two properties share a large professionally turfed backyard. Although extensive renovations have been carried out, it is possible to hear occasional noise from the unit below. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment, sound machines have been thoughtfully provided in each bedroom. We kindly request that all guests show consideration towards one another by honoring our community's designated "quiet hours" between 10pm and 7am. By being mindful of noise levels during these times, we can maintain a harmonious atmosphere and ensure a restful stay for everyone.

NON SMOKING
For the comfort and well-being of all guests, our property maintains a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited on-site, and any violation of this policy will result in a charge of $250. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
PARKING
You will have one parking space in our private lot. Should your group want additional parking, please contact us to discuss options! We also have one Tesla charger which would need reserved ahead of time.

We wholeheartedly embrace our furry friends! We gladly welcome pups to join you during your stay, with an additional fee of $80 per dog, and a maximum of two dogs per reservation. Because you will be staying in a recently renovated unit within a property that may have other guests, we kindly request that all dogs are well-behaved, trained, and considerate towards fellow humans. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, we kindly ask that pets refrain from accessing the bed, uncovered furniture, and encourage the use of a crate when you are not present, if you believe it is necessary. By bringing your pet, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability for their actions and any potential damages.
CAMERA SECURITY
To ensure the safety and security of our property, we have installed exterior cameras. We want to reassure our guests that the footage captured by Ring cameras is strictly confidential and does not violate their privacy expectations. It is important to note that tampering with or obstructing the cameras is strictly prohibited. Any guest found attempting to disable or obscure the cameras may face immediate eviction without a refund. Our intention is solely to maintain a secure environment for everyone's peace of mind.

Although most of our guests take full advantage of the incredible culinary scene in Downtown Charleston, this kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking endeavors. This historic home does not have a true dining space, but there is plenty of room for a casual dining from the sofa with the coffee table or with seating for two at the sweet little vintage leaf table also located in the living room.
