The space
We are new to Hosting on AirBnB, but not a stranger to using the service, and hope that we can recreate some of our best experiences for you.
We love Cville and can furnish recommendations for restaurants and bars, as requested. Some of our favorites are just a stones throw from the house.
The house is originally from the 1910-20s, and we have carefully renovated to preserve the historic charm, original hardwoods, and trim details. All systems are up to date for the comforts of modern living; best of both worlds.

Our area is super walkable! It's one of the things we love most. But, everything in Charlottesville is fairly close (no more than a 15-20 minute drive). You can be on the Route 29 corridor in ten minutes drive. Headed to UVA campus? You're just minutes walk to a free trolley station, or the drive is about 12 minutes. For those who have to get some work done while visiting Charlottesville, we have high speed internet and plenty of comfortable areas where you can set up your work space.
