The space
Enter thru the gated patio at ground level to the the front door of your condo. This door leads you into the kitchen/dining/living/laundry rooms and half bath on the first level. Take one set of stairs up to two master suites. The queen bedroom whas a slider door that leads out to a balcony with views of the ocean is the distance. The king bedroom has a large window with similar views.
Guest access
You will have full access to all areas with the exception of locked owners closets.

Condo Association Pool/Court Access:
The pool opens the weekend prior to Memorial Day weekend and closes the last Sunday in September. The pool hours are 9am – 8pm until Labor Day and 9am-7pm after Labor Day.
The tennis / basketball court is open all year. The hours are dawn-dusk.
Please Note: The association has the right to change the availability of these amenities at anytime however this is not related to your accommodation booking and therefore no discounts/refunds will be awarded if these amenities are not available during your stay.

Please bring your own beach towels.

An outdoor shower nozzle is located to your right to rinse off sand. The front entry door leads you into a sunroom with a cozy sofa/pull out futon with a connecting laundry room. The next door leads to the rest of the home-the living room, full kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms and one full bath! Smart TV with streaming services is located in the living room and ceiling fans throughout! Large open private backyard situated on a Sandune!
