Nestled in the desirable Ferry St. Bridge area, Corner Oaks Retreat is the perfect basecamp for exploring Eugene. Enjoy being just minutes from the city’s best restaurants, shops, parks, and attractions—all within easy reach of this warm, welcoming space.
Welcome to our thoughtfully designed one-bedroom, one-bath home—part of a beautifully handcrafted duplex! My husband and I transformed this house with care and creativity, doing all the work ourselves, and we’re excited to share one side of the duplex with guests seeking a comfortable and stylish stay in Eugene.
This private unit includes a cozy bedroom, a full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a longer visit, you’ll find the space functional, inviting, and easy to settle into. A rollaway bed is also available upon request to comfortably accommodate a third guest.
Please note that this is one side of a duplex, and the neighboring unit is occupied by long-term renters. The two units share one wall, so we kindly ask that you respect their space and keep noise to a considerate level.
Guests have one dedicated parking for one car in the driveway next to the unit entrance.
Only one vehicle is allowed in the driveway. Any additional vehicles or other guests need to park in the free street parking available directly in front of the property. This ensures our long-term renters next door can easily access and use the driveway.
Traveling with a dog or little one? While we don’t have a fenced yard, there’s a front yard for pets to relieve themselves—just please be sure to clean up after them and have them on a leash. Oakmont Park is also close by. Just a 3-minute walk (0.1 miles) via Oakmont Way, you’ll find Oakmont Park—a lovely 5.7-acre neighborhood park perfect for a quick stroll, playtime, or letting your pup stretch their legs. It’s a great nearby spot to enjoy the outdoors. We’ve provided pet dishes and blankets for your convenience—feel free to use them during your stay!
Please Note: Corner Oaks Retreat is a completely smoke-free environment. For the comfort of all guests and our neighbors, smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the space clean and welcoming for everyone.
The street outside is a bit busy, which makes the location super convenient—but it also means some road noise comes with the territory.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this sweet bungalow with a large backyard Oasis!... Close to Oakway and Alton Baker Park, and within 3 miles of Autzen Stadium, The University of Oregon, PK park, and Matt Knight Arena. Come enjoy everything Eugene has to offer.
This cute bungalow has everything you need for your stay! A full kitchen and single full bath, along with two bedrooms are on the main floor. The dedicated office nook, play area, and one bedroom are upstairs. Given the year built, please note that the stairs are steep and the clawfoot tub is higher than the average bath tub, so please be careful when stepping in and out. Although this house is located on Cal young road, traffic noise is not very noticeable inside the home, but is possible.
The entire house, gorgeous backyard, and patio are yours to enjoy. The washer and dryer are in the garage along with a ping pong table.
Important notes:
* The backyard is beautiful but please be careful when walking around. In the summer and early fall, there are many apples, pears, and plums that will inevitably fall on the ground. Feel free to pick any fruit to eat that is ready and reachable :)
*There is no cable tv, and only limited local channels are available. However, tv has apps for streaming. Feel free to use your account to sign into any apps to watch your favorite shows.

It is the perfect location for your time in Eugene, especially if you plan on attending any events located at the University of Oregon or Hayward Field. Matthew Knight Arena is an easy 1 mile walk. Jane Sanders Stadium, the U of O's newly renovated softball stadium is just a couple steps down the street, as well as quick access to the majority of the university's campus.
This classic university home offers plenty of space to spread out between a large front yard, patio and courtyard out back, and 3 levels of living space inside. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level and the studio apartment located on the basement level serves as the 4th bedroom with a twin trundle bed that converts to a king-size if needed! Inside you'll enjoy a formal living space and dining room as well as a sun room and a kids play area/nook. A breakfast nook sits just off of the kitchen in addition to a small office/pantry area.
This home is conveniently located two blocks from the U of O on one of the most sought after streets in Eugene, in a beautifully kept neighborhood perfect for a leisurely walk any time of day. On your walk, you might see many of the great eateries nearby such as Studio One Cafe, McMenamins East 19th Street Cafe, Beppe & Gianni's (high-quality Italian), Hey Neighbor! Pizza House, and a local favorite, Prince Puckler's Ice Cream. Washburne City Park sits just 2 blocks east with expansive Hendricks Park just another 5-10 minute walk up the hill. Take a 5 minute bike ride to access the Ruth Bascom Bike Path that spans most of Eugene and Springfield, leading you along beautiful river views. Hop in the car for less than 5 minutes and you'll arrive at the family-friendly Amazon Pool complex and Amazon Creek walking path.
Important Parking Note: We have a driveway with carport available with 1 parking space, although it can accommodate 2 smaller cars. It is a steeper driveway that slopes downward as you enter the carport. Vehicles that are closer to the ground may bottom out as you go up and over the sidewalk down into the parking space. (A Honda Fit was not able to enter.) With the carport, taller vehicles with cargo racks may not fit underneath the carport. (A 2020 Suburban with NO cargo racks was able to fit!) There is ample street parking surrounding the property but these spaces may become full during certain University of Oregon events. The Chuckanut Garden Oasis
Our Chuckanut home is a charming 1940s home with a large quiet and... peaceful garden space. We furnish our home to create a vacation space for families and friends who are traveling through the Willamette Valley, visiting students at the University of Oregon and or having a reunion.
It is located off Crescent Avenue in North Eugene, in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood.
This is a 2 story house surrounded by outdoor garden areas on three sides.
Ground level:
The main entrance to the house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The main door opens into a cozy front sitting room with a large comfortable couch, lounging chair, old piano and decorative fireplace.
The sitting room opens to the left into a dining room with a bar counter and china closet. There is a large table that comfortably seats 8 guests.
Next to dining area is the kitchen with an island electric cooktop. There is a cozy breakfast nook with cushioned seats. The stainless steel oven and dishwasher are newly purchased.
There is a second living space, next to kitchen, with a couch, decorative wood-burning fireplace and mounted TV. We do not provide firewood for the fireplace.
One of the 3 bedrooms is located on the first floor. It is furnished with a queen bed and office desk. There is a half bathroom located right outside this bedroom.
Finally, there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and cleaning supplies on the ground floor.
Second level:
A flight of stairs leads to two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, mounted TV, dressers and a sitting corner. There is an ensuite master bathroom with twin sinks and twin showers
The second bedroom has 2 queen size bed, a mounted TV and an ensuite full bathroom with shower and bathtub
There is central radiant heating, and window AC units during the summer months for each bedroom and the living room.
Outdoor Garden:
A framed walkway to the right of the front door leads through a front lawn with apple and pear trees that unfolds into a outdoor fire pit area.
A side entrance between the hedges to the left of the front door leads to a pebble covered space under a willow tree.
The backyard is fully fenced, pet friendly and has an outdoor sitting area for the whole group, an outdoor grill and dining area. There is a new hot tub.
