Two bedroom two bathroom condo with a loft in the popular Meadow House Condos! Facing the Fairway... Island of the Meadows Golf Course, enjoy a large front and rear deck, 10 minute walk to the Village Mall in one direction and 10 minute walk to SHARC for swimming in the other direction, and plenty of beds for your family. To help you enjoy your vacation, this condo has 8 SHARC passes which allows you to swim at the SHARC facility, access the river, play tennis or pickleball, 18 bikes of all sizes (vs. rental rates of $25/day) and five life vests if you'd like to float the river.

Upon entering the condo you will notice the large windows with a great view of the meadow, golf course, Deschutes River and a peek of Mt. Bachelor. The family kitchen is generously appointed to supply everything you would need for a meal with your friends or loved ones. There is a large kitchen dining table and another game table available for plenty of seating for dinner or game time!

The first bedroom downstairs boasts a Queen bed and a set of bunks. The second bedroom downstairs has a King bed and a great view as well. There is a connected bathroom to the King room that also has a doorway to the hall.

This wonderfully decorated, air-conditioned home is perfect for your summer or winter getaway.

This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is bright and open. The great room layout keeps the whole family close together with an open concept. The cabin is perfect for 2 couples or a family getaway.

On the main level is a queen bedroom, a bunk bedroom and full bathroom.. Head upstairs to the primary bedroom with queen bed. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub. Queen beds replaced in Spring of '24.

The wrap around deck is a great spot to hand out with a gas grill, deck furniture, and private hot tub. When you are looking to cool off, a private pool is within a short walking distance from your front door.

Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided.

The Circle 4 Ranch Cabins are 36 single family homes, all 1324 square feet with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths... , covered wrap around deck, individual garage and a shared complex pool. Our cabin #4, is elevated on the inner loop, sleeps 8 and has a private hot tub. We are close to everything Sunriver has to offer - the village, SHARC, Fort Rock Park, the stables and observatory are all within a mile.
Guest Access
The whole place is yours! You will have keypad entrance to the private front door entry and plenty of flat paved parking for 3 vehicles. The cabin is being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests with all linen laundering following specialized protocol. We also have local assistance if any immediate needs arise.
The Space:
Bedroom 1 - Upstairs master suite with a king bed, dresser, 2 closets with plenty of storage space, and a desk & chair that is comfortable to work at (although we hope you don't have to :-)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, dresser, closet and Apple TV.
Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds (4 twins), 2 dressers, TV with DVD and wii.
​Full bathroom on each floor. One with a shower/tub combo and the other with shower.
Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and dishes for 8.
Living room with wood burning fireplace, sectional couch, and smart TV so you can access your Netflix, Hulu and Prime :-)
Adirondack chairs and kids picnic table on the deck with BBQ and private hot tub.
Private detached garage with bikes, sleds and other sports equipment to enjoy. We also have included a pack n play, beach towels, extra cozy blankets, board games and lending library nook.
Essentials – stackable washer and dryer, all linens and towels, paper products.
