We've had many weddings and other celebrations held at our property. There is an additional charge of $750 to host gatherings larger than 50 people. That fee includes the use of 80 white folding wedding chairs, six (9 ft) rectangular dining tables, (3) cocktail tables, (8) 60" round tables and table coverings for all tables. The space also features a renovated full sized kitchen, large bedroom off of private hallway, large living / dining area with pullout couch and a full bathroom round out the approximately 600 sq ft space.
