You will not run out of things to do in Logan Square.
* Public Transport
The bus to Lincoln park which connects to downtown (73) is on our doorstep (2 min walk on Armitage St) and we are a ten minute walk from the California stop on the Blue line (The 'L) if you have plans to sightsee downtown! It is easy and safe to travel this way.
If you're driving by car here, there is free parking out front on Whipple Street.

Enjoy this 3 level building on a residential street, with 2 garage spaces for convenience. With plenty of yard space and nice finishes. I want you to feel like this is your home away from home.
After entering the main door you'll see two doors. The door to the right takes you to the bottom unit. The door to the left takes you to the top unit.
The bottom unit main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 office/bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms. There are stairs near the ktichen that lead to the bottom level where there are 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a living room with a futon if needed.
The top unit has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and one bunk) plus 1.5 barthrooms.

Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, with family, friends or solo, this comfortable 2... -bedroom in a classic 1896 Chicago Greystone is fully furnished with 2 queen size beds and a full kitchen that will offer the perfect place to unwind during your stay in Chicago.
The location is a great launching pad for access to anywhere in the city. Parking on the street is free and accessible. It is close to 90/94, several main bus lines and within walking distance of 3 Blue Line stations.
The building is what is commonly referred to as a Classic Chicago Greystone and was constructed in 1896. We have worked to maintain what remains of the original wood floors, trim and windows. The kitchen and bathroom have both been upgraded within the last 10 years.
Avondale is one of Chicago’s (kind of) best kept secrets. We are close to a number of amazing, well-known restaurants like Kuma’s Corner, Pissolino and The Wolfhound, all of which are within walking distance. Beer connoisseurs will like being one block away from the Beer Temple, and coffee lovers will enjoy being close to Caravanserai, a Dark Matter coffeehouse.
We are also close to Logan Square and all that it has to offer.
The building is a hop, skip and a jump from I-90/94, offering you easy access to anywhere in the Chicagoland area. We are also close to two main bus lines and 3 Blue Line stations. Uber and Lyft drivers are typically here within minutes.
Our neighborhood is subdued and tree lined; the street is a one-way with accessible, free street parking at most hours of the day.

Guests can access all rooms on the first floor and can use the patio in the backyard; we request that you let us know early in the day if you’d like to use it.

Centrally located between Logan Sq., Bucktown, Wicker Park & Ukrainian Village. Easily jump on the 6... 06 walk/bike path or the Blue Line train. Lincoln Park Zoo, N. Ave. Beach & other hot spots are a quick Uber ride away. The Blue Line offers access to downtown, museums, Bears games @ Soldier Field & direct access to O’Hare. Wrigley Field is just across town. The Bulls play at the United Center 2 miles away. There are great local eats/drink on our block! Note that this is a below level unit. There is a private entrance to the garden unit through the locked gate at the front of the house. It’s secure and private. The unit is naturally cool – perfect for coming back after exploring the city on a warm day. If it’s chilly, come back and relax in your private sauna or soak in the jacuzzi tub. A full kitchen allows you to stock up on food and drink, and the dining room table sits 4 comfortably. If you’re in the mood to watch your favorite show, kick back in the living room – we have Chromecast so all you need to do is cast from your phone. Easy street parking in our neighborhood, no permits needed. Make sure to read the signs for street sweeping one side of our street is the first Tuesday of every month (excluding certain winter months) and the other side is the first Wednesday. The Western Blue Line is a quick 12 min walk (1/2 mile) which offers direct access to downtown, Wicker Park & O'Hare airport. The 606 walk/bike/jog path entrance is 4 blocks up on Rockwell. Walk less than a mile (directly East on North Ave.) to the heart of Wicker Park. Taxi/Uber/Lyft rides are easy to access in our neighborhood and central to most locations. 20 min to Lakeshore and Wrigley Field. Divvy Bikes station located just .02 miles up the street. City Bus lines are accessible a block up, on North Avenue. The bus system runs often and can get you into downtown, West Loop and River North in about 10-15 minutes. Trains are nearby as well, but the bus is faster from here.
You will have access to the main floor of our duplex down. The stairwell in-unit contains a framed door that will be locked during your stay to ensure privacy. The owner lives in the basement. You will have a large living space, a large dining room, an open concept kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom in your portion of the unit.
You will have a lockbox to unpack in order to gain access through the front gate and front door to the building. The unit is accessible on the first floor of our walk up building, which requires a short flight of stairs going up. The front door has an automated lock that you can access with a key code. We will give you the code and clear instructions the day before you arrive.
Parking is easy over here. You can park in the neighborhood for free or on Chicago Avenue, some of which is free and some is paid depending on where you find a spot. You will have to park one block away from the unit now that our street requires a permit, but parking is very easy in this area.

Getting around is very easy. Street parking is free and open to the public in the neighborhood and along Chicago Ave. Walk to the CTA bus system to get you to the red and blue lines very easily. Or take a quick Uber to and from downtown. The condo is a 5 minute drive from the following: United Center, medical district, Wicker Park and Bucktown!

The bar stools are placed inside the bars to ensure they remain dry for guests. There are 2 total bars and 6 total bar stools.
