Our Tybee Tyme Lower property will put you on leisurely island time with one bedroom, one bathroom and 750 square feet of room. This property can accommodate a total of four guests and is only a short walk to the Back River Fishing Pier and AJ's restaurant. Back River Beach Vacation Rentals Tybee Island give you a slightly different Tybee experience as they're located on the back west side of the island facing the Savannah River instead of the Atlantic Ocean. You'll still be within a short distance from the rest of Tybee Island and 30 minutes from downtown Savannah.

This is one of our Tybee Vacation Rentals located between 7th Avenue and Chatham Avenue on the western side of the island. If you follow Chatham Avenue south, you can reach the southern tip of Tybee. By taking 14th Street off of 7th, you can head east to the Atlantic side of the island. It's fairly easy to take in most of Tybee in one day even though there's plenty to do and see. Many guests also come to Vacation Rentals Tybee Island to be close to Savannah without being right in the city. When it comes to beaches, Tybee has a few choices. The Back River Beach offers fishing opportunities and is a great place for families. On the Atlantic side, South Beach is the most popular and crowded while Mid Beach is a little quieter. While you're on the southeast side of the island, make sure to visit the Tybee Marine Science Center to discover the island's ecology and sign up for a Beach Ecology Trip. You can also rent water activity equipment in this area.

On the north end of the island, you'll find the windswept North Beach facing out where the river meets the ocean. This beach is an excellent place for shell collecting and bird watching. While you're on the north end, make sure to visit the Tybee Lighthouse and the Civil War era forts in Pulaski and Screven. Next to the lighthouse is also a museum where you can find out more about the lighthouse and some Tybee history.

Tybee Tonic gives your family and friends ample space to relax and enjoy some Tybee time. The house is an easy walk to the 13th st. boardwalk for some fun at the beach. The location is a perfect mix of the quiet serenity of the back river with quick access to the beach and commercial south end business district.

After a day at the beach, come take a rinse in your private outdoor showers before taking a plunge in the refreshing pool. Then, head to the well-equipped kitchen to create a family meal of fresh local Georgia shrimp! It's also a super quick walk to AJ's for the best seafood on views on the island. When it is time to relax and unwind from a busy Tybee day in the sun, there are 2 living areas to lounge and chat or watch movies. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs. The first bedroom downstairs has 2 full beds, the second has one queen. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master upstairs has direct access to the screened in porch and a king sized bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite full bath, and the third upstairs bedroom is a bunk room with two twins for the kids.

Rent a golf cart for your stay for ~$110 per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). Inquire after booking for availability of the cart.

The pool is cleaned and treated once a week. We skim it on your day of check in, otherwise the normal skimming and cleaning is up to the guest.

HP’s Rooftop is a luxury beach home... that is one of the best beach homes on Tybee Island. Constructed in 2021, the home features 2500 sf with 4 bedrooms with an additional bunk area with 4 twin beds for the kiddos!!
Floor one is the garage area with parking for two cars and access to the pool. This is the elevators first stop! There is an outdoor shower and half bath by the pool so no need to run upstairs with the kiddos to use the restroom!! The pool has a large sun-ledge for little kiddos to sit and splash! Ping pong table and dartboard in the garage for competitors!
The pool does have a heated option. Cost to heat from April - October at $125 per night. $150 to $175 per night November - March.
Floor two consists of the master bedroom (King) with expansive glass door/wall shower. Off the master is the open bunkroom featuring 4 twin beds. Also on floor two is the laundry area and two additional queen bedrooms. The queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second story of the elevator is also partnered with an internal spiral staircase starting on level two that travels to level three.
Floor three consists of a large open floor plan encompassing the dining room, living room, and custom kitchen that’s and entertainer's dream. The fourth bedroom (King) is off the kitchen and shares a full bathroom with the living area. The kitchen has custom CAFE appliances that features a wine cooler and a chew ice machine. There is an electric fireplace for those cold nights on Tybee also! This is the elevators final stop!
Level four is a rooftop deck with AMAZING views of the back river, lighthouse in the distance to the south, and amazing sunrise and sunset views!
No expense was spared in the construction of this beautiful home. It’s a must see to appreciate.

Tybee Southern Comfort

Welcome to Tybee Island! This home's warm seashell tones and the occasional... ocean mural make it ideal for guests looking to soak up authentic beach vibes. Beach towels are provided for your beach excursions, and a private washer/dryer will take care of the swimsuits. But before you race off, take a load off inside the central air-conditioning. There's a fan in every room in this house to help keep everyone cool. The jetted tub also works wonders for cooling off, we've heard. If remote work or school has to get done during vacation, just head up to the upstairs office space. It's just off the bedroom with a Murphy bed - though you will have to walk past the lovely deck to get to it! The home is family-friendly by design, with an enclosed backyard perfect for lounging or watching kids play.

A high chair is available for younger guests.

This home is only three blocks from the beach and five blocks from other beaches and a fishing pier. Head three miles up to the top of the island to visit the Tybee Island Light Station, the oldest and tallest lighthouse in Georgia.
