The Livingroom is minimalist eclectic modern with a LED electric fireplace. Furnishings include a queen sleeper couch. The space is open to a gourmet kitchen, with a eight foot counter for dining or simply soaking up the view.
Bedroom #1 is nature inspired modern, with a mural that brings to mind the mountains peaking through the fog in the early morning.
Bedroom “2 is tranquil Boho Sheik with a mural that is reminiscent of the birds we see just before the night sky.
Both rooms have gel foam mattresses for extra comfort and cushy pillows. The bedding is crisp and white with down duvets. The rooms are inviting in their individuality, and have a simplistic hint of luxury. Both rooms have built in closets. See the sunset through the windows and the sunrise from your bed.
Bathroom #1 has a large multi-head shower that includes a waterfall and LEDs. There are bidet toilet attachments in both bathrooms for extra cleanliness.
Bathroom #2 also has a bidet and access to the laundry area, which includes a full-size washer and dryer.
The downstairs is a cool space to escape the hot part of the day. Enjoy a game of corn hole or just relax with a book. Mountain bikes can also be parked in this area.
There are 17 steps to the main deck and living area.
All the windows are tinted to keep the house cool without blocking the view.

Outdoors: Please stay on stone paths, sidewalks, decks, meditation zone, and landscaped areas of the property. This protects the natural plant life, prevents soil erosion, and ensures your safety while walking around the desert setting.
Hiking Path: We have installed an easy access gate in the back yard for guests to utilize to get to and from the walking path just behind the property. We do ask that you ensure the gate is closed and latched when coming and going.
Hot tub
Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.
Health Considerations: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.
Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.
No Glassware: For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.
Cover Usage: When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.
Liability: Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines as well as those posted on the side of the hot tub. If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present.

Four separate patio areas include multiple chairs, a hammock, a drop leaf table with seating for 6, as well as a fire pit and a gas grill. All outdoors is a secret garden of blooming plants and shrubs, dense vines, and cool, deep shade from mature trees. There's even a little vegetable garden and apple and apricot trees.
This charming home has been beautifully remodeled while keeping the original elements like a natural stone bedroom fireplace for candlelit elegance along with gorgeous floors and ponderosa pine ceiling beams.
The living room is open and full of light from multiple large windows. It includes an Apple TV equipped with free Hulu and Netflix and many other apps through Apple TV. I do NOT, however, provide access to live premium sporting events. For those, guests must have their own logins to the streaming services. Please check the living room closet for a large stash of area information along with a great selection of games and books, compliments of the Sedona Friends of the Library.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig K475 coffee maker and a Ninja Mega Kitchen System blender and processor. Several sweeteners including local honey and raw sugar are provided along with numerous varieties of tea and coffee. At least 20 different spices await your creative touch in the kitchen. A special treat is the pure spring water right from the tap provided to a small area by the Oak Creek Water Company.
You will find everything you need in this kitchen with a full size gas range, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer (detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets provided), all dishes and glassware, all cookware, etc. Even a high chair is available upon request.

Professionally decorated and beautifully appointed, the villa has more than 620 square feet of living space with one-bedroom, large bath, living with fireplace, two TVs, indoor and outdoor dining area and a private entrance. Complimentary covered parking allows for ease of access to your accommodation.
Desert Poppy Villa is located in the heart of Sedona within walking distance to restaurants, shops, National Forest hiking trails, theaters, gourmet grocery stores, and many scenic destinations. There is an adjacent villa, the “Honeysuckle” which is also available.
The villa is designed with your comfort in mind. For instance, enjoy a Sedona sunrise with a cup of gourmet coffee prepared in your K-cup coffee brewer while surfing the net for the day’s activities.
Take a short drive to the many wonderful Sedona attractions. Visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross or hike one of our numerous National Forest trails. Visit a Stupa and take a yoga class. Just a short drive away, you can experience the wonders of Oak Creek Canyon, designated as a national scenic drive. While in Oak Creek Canyon visit Slide Rock and hike the famous West Fork Trail. The welcome notebook will provide a plethora of choices for you to experience while visiting Sedona and the surrounding areas.
